Terms & Conditions for REWA Tech EU

Welcome to REWA Tech EU (the “Website”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, products, and services provided by us. By accessing or using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable European Union law, including the E‑Commerce Directive and consumer protection rules. Some rights apply only to consumers (an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession).

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide notice and seek your consent to material changes.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place orders or create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud/abuse.

Services, Orders & Availability

• Product/service descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.
• We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where permitted by law (e.g., obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, export controls).
• We will confirm acceptance of your order by email; the contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

• Prices are displayed in EUR (or as otherwise indicated). Where applicable, prices include/exclude VAT as displayed at checkout. Any delivery charges are shown separately.
• You authorise us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order.
• For cross‑border orders within the EU, VAT treatment follows applicable rules, and you agree to provide accurate VAT information where relevant.

Delivery & Risk

• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout; delays may occur due to events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Title passes upon full payment unless otherwise mandated by local law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, or for services, from the day of contract conclusion.

How to exercise your right

• Notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires using a clear statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
• Return goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

Effects of withdrawal

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
• You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to, for example: sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; customised or clearly personalised items; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once download or streaming has begun with your prior consent; urgent repair or maintenance services performed at your request. Local law may provide additional exceptions.

Legal Warranty & Conformity

For EU consumers, goods must be in conformity with the contract. If your product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund in accordance with EU and local laws. This legal warranty exists in addition to any commercial warranty we may offer.

User Content & Community Rules

Parts of the Website may allow users to post reviews, comments, or other content (collectively, “Comments”). We do not pre‑moderate Comments. Comments reflect the views of the poster only. We reserve the right to monitor and remove Comments that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violate these Terms.

By posting Comments, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and that your Comments do not infringe third‑party rights. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, edit, translate, and publish your Comments in any media for Website‑related purposes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law.

Linking & Framing

You may link to our home page or public pages provided the link is not misleading, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits within the context of your site. You must not use our logo without prior written permission. Framing or embedding that alters the visual presentation or appearance of our pages is prohibited without consent.

The Website may include links to third‑party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use of third‑party sites/tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, business, or data).
• Our total aggregate liability for losses arising in connection with the Website or a contract shall be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant order, if any.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third‑party rights, except where caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, governmental actions, utility failures, or internet outages.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, or compliance with legal requests. Upon termination, the licences granted to you under these Terms shall cease.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the European Union and, where you are a consumer residing in the EU, also by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You and we agree to submit disputes to the competent courts of your habitual residence as a consumer, or otherwise to a competent EU court.
